New clients, new projects, new challenges, new opportunities!
How do we get them? To whom do we owe these achievements? What do they mean, and what impact will they have tomorrow?

We have had the opportunity to demonstrate that we are a key partner in the development of our clients’ businesses.
And because of this, we have been able to leave our fingerprint in various sectors, mainly in telecommunications, insurance and finance, and on several continents.

Throughout its 10 years of existence, Crossjoin has had the opportunity to demonstrate that it is a key partner in the development of its customers’ businesses.

Our purpose is always very present: to improve the lives of people in general and our customers in particular, because every millisecond counts, and therefore we focus on delivering a quality service and excellence – and we have succeeded!

Delivering a quality service is our best business strategy! And the “spreading of the mouth” has been our infallible Marketing strategy!

Our employees are our best ambassadors

Many of our projects begin due to positive references from our employees, old employees and partners.
Our old and present employees have been our main ambassadors. Through their network of contacts they have made our purpose known and have sparked interest in potential customers, because better than anyone they know where we can make a difference!

A single chance to shine

Usually when a potential client is looking for Crossjoin they have already tried to solve a problem without success, and often presents the challenge as an impossible mission.
For Crossjoin there are no impossible missions and as such we start by discovering the origin of the problem, which is usually generated by communication failures between teams with different methodologies.
Based on our methodology we define the goal and draw up a plan that will allow us to execute and control in order to solve the problem and meet the challenge
We have a highly specialized, collaborative and resilient team that will make possible the mission.

Our partners refer us to other projects and other areas that they know we can make a difference. And so it has been like that, project after project, challenge after challenge, we gain the trust of our partners and collaborate with them throughout their business.

There are several of our partners with whom we work internationally or with whom we started with a branch and now we cover the Group.
In the case of Vodafone, we started a project in the UK and now we work continuously with them there, in Germany and recently in Spain.
After overcoming the challenge with Volkswagen Financial Service France we were allowed to present Crossjoin to Volkswagen Financial Headquarters in Germany and we gained the opportunity to repeat the success in other VWFS Headquarters projects.

Fingerprint our future

This month we started a new project in Chile in a company that operates in the insurance sector. The performance challenge related to the “Cambio de Fondo”, is a very critical problem for the company. Considering that this company is present in several countries, where will we be in the future?
We believe that another 10 challenging years await us!
The fingerprint we are leaving today will influence our future, because today we are reaping successes from the past.

We see each challenge as an opportunity to shine, grow, show our value and leave our mark.
