IT’S GREAT TO WORK AT A HAPPY COMPANY!

The Crossjoin Portugal team—or at least part of it—got together for yet another team-building event.

This monthly event, called “Happy Hours,” aims to (and succeeds in) strengthening relationships among members of the company’s different departments.

In a cheerful atmosphere, the team had dinner in Chiado at Hamburgueria Honorato, where they took a few little detours from their diets—especially for those trying to get in shape for “Summer Body” season.

Right after finishing the meal, the group split into two teams that had to complete various “Cross Missions.” These ranged from taking photos with “strangers,” drinking “barley juice” through a straw, to giving away keychains from Portugal to a young man who, though embarrassed, went along with the fun!

The teams had a blast and accomplished their goals!

After completing the missions—and since knowledge takes up no space—the team headed to the Carmo ruins to watch the “Lisbon Under Stars” show, an immersive performance that aims to highlight Lisbon’s culture and heritage.

Created and produced by the OCUBO studio, it is a multidisciplinary experience that blends multimedia projections, virtual dancers, and visual effects, set to the music of some of the biggest names in Portuguese music.

In the end, the bonds within the company were strengthened, and the employees emerged more united and culturally enriched!
