Crossjoin Academy arises as an opportunity to integrate ourselves into the company by learning new technologies and Crossjoin’s methodology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All the technologies present in the Academy are the future of the company and have a great impact on the technology market. The Academy purpose is to delegate us the responsibility of knowing how to manage a project and to demonstrate determination and resilience to achieve the proposed goals so that, in the end, we are prepared to integrate the client\u2019s structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2021, after finishing my degree in Information Systems Management, I was trained in a new technology for me and the company, aligned with the motto “Perform to Perfection”. Robotic Process Automation is a technology that allows to increase the performance of the company through the automation of transactional processes performed by people. In this way, the technology allows business areas to perform tasks that require their unique skills by<\/sup> allowing robots to perform routine tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By joining the Crossjoin Academy I had the opportunity to integrate all phases of the RPA process, such as: Requirements Analysis, Design, Development and Delivery and Maintenance processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This allowed me to develop my skills in all the phases necessary for the RPA process development and gave me a foundation for my career path. It was a unique opportunity to explore the most diverse technologies and to be able to design and develop my own projects.<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n At this moment I am already working for a client and I can make a brief retrospective about the impact that the Academy had on my career pat<\/sup>h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Crossjoin Academy is excellent for those who, with or without professional experience, want to gain a brutal knowledge of emerging technologies, often already used by the client, and polish some soft skills in order to deal with the client in a professional and objective way. In the Academy we also have the possibility to get used to the platforms used by the client and the project we will <\/sup>be part of.<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n Regardless of the situation, the Academy is a space where we can explore and put into practice Crossjoin’s methodology, understand its principles and values, learn key ac<\/sup>tivities that take place at the client and new technologies, through monitoring the projects of the rest of the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It was a very positive and vital experience for my professional and personal growth. I was finally able to acquire more specialized knowledge and practice to become a DBA, knowledge that my course did not provide.
